An Evening of Irish Whiskey & Fine Dining

Join us upstairs at Ralph's on Wednesday, March 12 at 6 PM for a special Irish Whiskey Tasting + Seated Dinner honoring Ralph Brennan’s Irish roots.

Kick off the evening with a tasting flight of Glendalough Irish Whiskey along with Irish inspired appetizers and cheese.

Next, sit and enjoy a 3-Course Menu by Chef Christopher Vazquez for $80 all-inclusive.

 

1st Course:

Louisiana Seafood Chowder

Oysters, Crawfish, Redfish, Crispy Prosciutto, Soda Bread Croutons

 

2nd Course:

Corned Beef Crusted Beef Tenderloin

Braised Red Cabbage, Baby Carrots, Fingerling Potatoes, Creole Mustard Sauce

 

3rd Course:

Dark Chocolate Sticky Toffee Pudding

Rhubarb Gel, Louisiana Strawberry
