Southern Animal Foundation, the New Orleans non-profit, low-cost
veterinary clinic, rescue and no-kill shelter, has recently launched its first
calendar, as a fundraising effort, entitled Culinary Canines.
The calendar will sell for $15 and 100% of the money raised will be donated to
SAF to support their Spay Nola program.
Chef Chip Flanagan of Ralph’s on the Park, Chef Chris Montero of Bacco and Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group Executive Chef Haley Bittermann will be among the chefs signing calendars on Thursday.
The full-color calendar features local top chefs with his or her canine companion(s), a recipe created by each chef, & a suggested wine pairing selected by Majestic Fine Wines.
